By accessing this website or purchasing products, tickets, or services from A Game of Murder and Mystery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All purchases are also subject to our Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Products & Orders
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability for all products offered through our website. Because many AGOMM products are handmade, assembled by hand, or contain handmade components, minor variations may occur between individual products.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other website information and to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in the event of an obvious pricing or listing error.
Availability of products is not guaranteed, and products or game formats may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed during checkout when required. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered complete. Payment processing may be provided through third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to change product or service pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All AGOMM games and related materials—including but not limited to storylines, characters, mysteries, clues, written materials, graphics, designs, game mechanics, instructions, photographs, branding, and other original creative content—are owned by A Game of Murder and Mystery or used with appropriate permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an AGOMM product grants you permission to use and enjoy that product in accordance with these Terms. Purchase does not transfer ownership of AGOMM intellectual property or grant you commercial rights to the game’s contents.
AGOMM materials may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, repackaged, or used commercially without prior written authorization from A Game of Murder and Mystery.
Personal Use of AGOMM Games
Unless otherwise expressly authorized by A Game of Murder and Mystery, games purchased through our website, markets, authorized retailers, or other sales channels are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You are welcome to purchase and play AGOMM games privately with friends, family, coworkers, or other invited guests. Purchasing a game does not, however, grant permission to commercially monetize the game or the experience created using it.
Commercial & Ticketed Events
AGOMM games may not be used as part of a ticketed, paid-admission, or otherwise revenue-generating event without prior written authorization from A Game of Murder and Mystery.
This restriction includes events where guests are charged admission, participation fees, tickets, packages, or other fees in connection with an experience featuring an AGOMM game, regardless of whether the game itself is separately sold or advertised as a free component of the event.
This restriction does not apply to events hosted or expressly authorized by A Game of Murder and Mystery or to other uses for which AGOMM has provided prior written permission.
Organizations, businesses, venues, or individuals interested in offering an AGOMM murder mystery experience to the public should contact A Game of Murder and Mystery regarding available hosting or partnership options.
Resale & Retail Distribution
AGOMM products may not be purchased for the purpose of resale, redistribution, or other commercial distribution unless the purchaser is an authorized A Game of Murder and Mystery retail or wholesale partner.
Authorized retail and wholesale partners are subject to any additional wholesale guidelines, pricing requirements, or terms provided by A Game of Murder and Mystery. AGOMM games may not be separated into individual components for resale, repackaged as another product, reproduced for additional customers, or otherwise commercially distributed without prior written authorization.
Purchasing an AGOMM product through our retail website, at a market, or from another authorized retailer does not establish a wholesale or retail partnership.
Custom Products & Services
Certain products or services, including custom games and experiences, may be subject to additional terms, pricing, timelines, or conditions disclosed on the applicable service page, inquiry form, quote, invoice, or other communication provided before purchase.
Purchasing a custom product or service does not transfer ownership of AGOMM intellectual property unless expressly agreed to in writing. Additional information regarding the use and ownership of custom game content is available on our Custom Orders page.
Event Tickets
Tickets purchased for events hosted by or in partnership with A Game of Murder and Mystery are valid only for the event, date, and experience identified at the time of purchase unless otherwise communicated by AGOMM.
Event details, including location, timing, gameplay format, and other experience information, may be subject to reasonable changes when necessary. Ticket purchases are subject to the cancellation and refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase and/or our Refund & Returns Policy.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Eligibility for product returns, exchanges, refunds, event-ticket refunds, and other purchase adjustments is governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
