Payment Information
Online payments are processed through third-party payment processors and e-commerce services, including Stripe and WooCommerce. A Game of Murder and Mystery does not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card information.
Some purchases may also be processed through Square, including in-person purchases, pre-orders, deposits, and payments for custom orders. Payment information provided through Square is processed by Square and is not transferred to our website.
When an order originally paid through another method is manually entered into our website for fulfillment or record keeping, we may enter relevant customer and order information and identify the order as paid. Complete payment-card information is not transferred or manually entered into our website.
Event Tickets
When you purchase a ticket to an A Game of Murder and Mystery event, we may collect your name, email address, order information, ticket information, and other information necessary to administer your registration and communicate with you regarding the event.
Event ticket purchases made through our website use Tickets Commerce for ticketing and checkout functionality and Stripe as the payment gateway.
Forms & Inquiries
When you submit a contact form, custom-order request, hosting inquiry, wholesale request, or other form through our website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide.
Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, business or organization information, event details, requested dates, group size, customization information, and other information relevant to your request.

Custom Orders
