Note, our games are handcrafted in small batches, so inventory may vary slightly between restocks. We recommend placing wholesale orders in advance whenever possible to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Order Requirements
- Order minimum: 16 games
- Ordering increments: Games must be ordered in batches of 4 in the same theme and game type (ex: 4 Murder at the Manor – Spooky Night-ins)
- Production timeline: Minimum of 14 days from order confirmation (timelines may vary based on order size and seasonal demand).
- Payment terms: Payment due in full at time of order confirmation
WHOLESALE pricing
- Discounts: We offer wholesale discounts that increase with the volume of games ordered.
- 16 – 36 games > 40% discount
- 40 – 72 games > 45% discount
- 76+ games > 50% discount
- New Retailer Incentive: First-time wholesale partners receive 45% off their first order (minimum 16 games) so you can test our mysteries in your shop.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in wholesale pricing and will be calculated based on order size and desired delivery date. Orders typically ship as one complete shipment, but can be shipped in batches upon request.
- Local Delivery: We offer complimentary delivery for wholesale partners located in Charlotte and surrounding areas within a one-hour drive. Once your order is ready, we’ll coordinate a convenient delivery time with you.
Returns & Damages
- Wholesale orders are final sale
- No returns or exchanges
- Any damages or order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Retail Pricing
- Products must be sold at or above the listed retail price
- Products may not be altered or resold as individual components
